We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.Shipping to North America usually takes 10-15 business days and shipping to Europe takes 5-8 business days.

Returns Policy
You can request a return address by emailing kaukkoofficial@hotmail.com.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
About Kaukko
For years, I was a designer in a bags factory. I am good at designing messenger bags, backpacks. My dream is to design and produce cool bags for people all over the world. But then the factory close down and My dream hasnt stoped. So I used my property to open a small studio with my wife on 1994. I designed bags and my wife make it real. And we sold these bags to our retailers. A few years later, we have our own company and our brand. Our products are exported to more than 20 countries and also has been recognized by the public. But our idea has not changed, that is committed to create the eternal and the highest quality products with careful details. In order to provide customers with the right and comfortable bag, we have been constantly exploring and learning. The Kaukko Backpack is pairing modern functionality with classic mountaineering style. Kaukko backpack provides customers with the perfect bag with carefully designed,especially the details of daily life.
